Cancer Centre London is dedicated to offering holistic care to each and every patient, which is why we have a wide variety of support services available.

Cancer doesn’t just leave a physical impact on an individual, it can have a huge emotional effect as well, and at Cancer Centre London we strive to help our patients deal with all the aspects of cancer treatment. We know that cancer and its treatment can be overwhelming and it is important to remember that there is no right or wrong response. Reactions vary hugely from person to person, and most people find that it becomes easier to cope when they’re given additional support, so that’s what we do.

At CCL we offer counselling, and psychotherapy, to all of our patients, as well as their loved ones, in order to make a difficult time as easy as possible.

Counselling throughout and post treatment is beneficial in many ways to help people understand their treatment emotions and side effects. It is also a safe place to talk through fears and to have a better understanding of life changes. Counselling is a unique relationship which can offer a space for people to express anger, sadness, fear and even joy, and can help patients come to terms with what has happened to them and ease the transition back into everyday life.

Every counselling session is private and totally confidential. Our counsellors are Bupa Accredited and registered with many insurance companies.
