Cancer Centre London accepting cashless payments only

As of 1 May 2021, Cancer Centre London will no longer be accepting cash payments for any procedures, including consultations, diagnostics tests and treatment costs.

The change is in response to the Covid-19 pandemic and is intended to reduce the possible spread of the infection by banknotes and coins. Cancer Centre London has experienced a decline in the use of cash by our patients in recent years, with the majority of people preferring to pay online using credit or debit cards.

We are confident that the change to remove cash-based transactions will maintain safety at Cancer Centre London, reduce queues at reception and improve customer service and overall efficiency.

We accept payments by cheque, banker’s draft, credit card or debit cards as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payment must be received in full at least 72 hours prior to admission.

We apologise to patients for any inconvenience caused by this change.
