Interruption of Virgin Media internet services to Cancer Centre London and Parkside Hospital
We wish to inform our patients, visitors, staff and business partners that Cancer Centre London and Parkside Hospital were recently affected by a major disruption to internet services caused by damage to Virgin Media cables by an unknown third party.
The Virgin Media service interruption which started on Thursday 19th December is believed to have impacted thousands of homes and businesses across Wimbledon and Kingston.
Virgin Media engineers have been working to fix the issue and normal internet services have now resumed at Cancer Centre London and Parkside.
This disruption to services means that we may be slower than normal in responding to email correspondence and enquiries but our team will be working hard to get back to you as quickly as possible.
